Churma Ladoo is a traditional Rajasthani recipe often prepared on a festive occasion. Churma Laddo is prepared by making ladoos of crushed wheat muthiyas also known as churma. This sugar free sweet is prepared in jaggery and pure desi ghee. This Ganesh Chaturthi celebrate the Aagman Sohala with these sweet and easy to make churma ladoos. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 2 Cups of Wheat
  • ½ Cup of Suji
  • ½ Cup of Ghee
  • Milk
Method –
  1. In 2 cups of wheat mix ½ cup of suji, ½ cup of ghee and milk as per requirement to knead a stiff dough.
  2. Know make muthiyas of the dough and deep fry them in ghee till they turn golden brown.
  3. Break the muthiyas into pieces and let them cool at room temperature.
  4. Know in a grinder make a powder of the muthiyas.
  5. In a kadhai heat ½ cup of ghee and ½ cup of jaggery.
  6. Melt the jaggery and immediately pour the mixture to the churma.
  7. Mix the jaggery mixture well with churma.
  8. Know when the mixture is hot make ladoos out of it.
  9. Churma ladoos are ready to serve.
