Sprouts Chaat Salad | Healthy Salad Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

A quick and healthy recipe of Sprouts Salad consists of sprouts, corn, fresh tomatoes, capsicum and onion along with some spices that gives a taste of Chaat to the Sprouts Salad. The Sprouts Salad is not only healthy but also a tasty recipe to relish. Recipe:
Ingredients-
  • 1 Cup of Sprouts
  • 1 Sliced Tomato
  • 1 Julienned Capsicum
  • ¼ Cup lengthwise sliced Cabbage
  • 1 sliced lengthwise onions
  • ¼ Cup of sweet corn
  • Lemon juice
  • Coriander leaves
  • ¼ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • ½ Teaspoon of Black Pepper powder
  • ½ Teaspoon of Cumin seed powder
  • Salt
Method-
  1. Boil water in sauce pan. Add the sprouts, cook for one minute and remove using a slotted spoon.
  2. In the same water add the corn and cook for just a minute. Remove it.
  3. Take a mixing bowl and add the sprouts, corn and chopped tomato, capsicum and onion.
  4. Sprinkle the chaat masala, black pepper powder and cumin seed powder. Add salt as per taste.
  5. Add the lemon juice and mix everything. Taste and adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slice.
