A quick and healthy recipe of Sprouts Salad consists of sprouts, corn, fresh tomatoes, capsicum and onion along with some spices that gives a taste of Chaat to the Sprouts Salad. The Sprouts Salad is not only healthy but also a tasty recipe to relish.

- 1 Cup of Sprouts
- 1 Sliced Tomato
- 1 Julienned Capsicum
- ¼ Cup lengthwise sliced Cabbage
- 1 sliced lengthwise onions
- ¼ Cup of sweet corn
- Lemon juice
- Coriander leaves
- ¼ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- ½ Teaspoon of Black Pepper powder
- ½ Teaspoon of Cumin seed powder
- Salt
- Boil water in sauce pan. Add the sprouts, cook for one minute and remove using a slotted spoon.
- In the same water add the corn and cook for just a minute. Remove it.
- Take a mixing bowl and add the sprouts, corn and chopped tomato, capsicum and onion.
- Sprinkle the chaat masala, black pepper powder and cumin seed powder. Add salt as per taste.
- Add the lemon juice and mix everything. Taste and adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon slice.
