  • 1 Large Eggplant
  • Gram Flour
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2-3 Teaspoons Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoons Dhana Jeera Powder
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Cut even slices of the eggplant neither too thick nor too thin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, place the slices and turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, salt and sprinkle some gram flour.
  3. Mix the ingredients well and let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Shallow fry these slices and voila Eggplant Fry is ready to eat.
