Punjabi Palak Paneer | Paneer Nu Shaak | Gujarati Rasoi

Palak Paneer is the most popular Paneer Recipe which is enjoyed and loved by everyone. This authentic Palak Paneer recipe consists of shallow fried paneer cooked in palak puree with some traditional Indian spices. To make the usual Palak Paneer a little different we have added a little bit of Garam Masala which makes the recipe tasty and little bit spicy.   • 300 Grams Boiled Spinach Puree
  • Paneer Cubes
  • ½ Cup Cream
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 3-4 Chopped Green Chillies
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Ginger
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 2-3 Bay Leaves
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Shallow fry paneer cubes till golden brown.
  2. Now, in the same oil add cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves. Stir well.
  3. Now add chopped green chillies, chopped ginger and stir well.
  4. Add chopped tomato.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and dhana jeera powder.
  6. Add boiled spinach puree and mix well.
  7. Add cream and mix well.
  8. Add salt and water used to boil spinach.
  9. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  10. Add Garam Masala and Fried Paneer cubes.
  11. 11. Palak Paneer is ready to eat.
