Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- 2 Teaspoon Semolina (Rava)
- 1 Teaspoon Green Chilli Paste (Hari Mirch Paste)
- 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsun Paste)
- ½ Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
- In a mixing bowl take some gram flour, semolina, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander leaves.
- Add some water and make the batter for the pudla.
- Heat some oil on a pan and pour this heated oil in the batter. Mix well.
- Now heat some oil and pour the batter. Spread it evenly.
- Flip and cook the other side of the pudla.
- Gujarati Pudla is ready to eat.
