Pudla Recipe | Besan Na Pudla Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Pudla is a traditional Gujarati recipe which is prepared from gram flour. Pudla can be considered as Gujarati pancakes with a spicy taste.   • 1 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
  • 2 Teaspoon Semolina (Rava)
  • 1 Teaspoon Green Chilli Paste (Hari Mirch Paste)
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste (Adrak Lehsun Paste)
  • ½ Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
  • 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Procedure:
  1. In a mixing bowl take some gram flour, semolina, turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, ginger garlic paste, salt and coriander leaves.
  2. Add some water and make the batter for the pudla.
  3. Heat some oil on a pan and pour this heated oil in the batter. Mix well.
  4. Now heat some oil and pour the batter. Spread it evenly.
  5. Flip and cook the other side of the pudla.
  6. Gujarati Pudla is ready to eat.
