Penne Pasta In Pesto Sauce | Paste in Green Sauce | Gujarati Rasoi

Pasta Prepared in Classic Pesto Sauce with the nutty flavor of walnuts and rich ingredients like basil, tomatoes and not to forget the generous amount cheese. This pasta in Indian style is prepared in the most easy and convenient way. Recipe: Ingredients:
  • 250 gms Pasta
  • 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes or 2-3 Chopped Normal Tomatoes
  • 7- 8 Walnuts ( Akrut )
  • Garlic Cloves ( Lehsun )
  • 1 Cup of Basil
  • Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. In a mixer cup, take 1 cup of basil, 7-8 walnuts, 7-8 garlic cloves, 1 cheese cube and some oil.
  2. Grind it and make a thick paste.
  3. Now take some oil in pan and heat it well.
  4. Add chopped garlic and fry them well.
  5. Now add the cherry tomatoes and cook it well in the oil till they become soft.
  6. Add the paste prepared earlier and cook it well.
  7. Now add black pepper (kali mirch) and salt.
  8. Mix it well.
  9. Add the pasta and blend it with the sauce.
  10. Grate some cheese and pasta in green sauce is ready.
