This rainy season enjoy spicy and tasty marcha na bhajiya. This is a quick bhajiya recipe which can be enjoyed with a cup of a tea on a rainy day. This simple recipe consists of salted green chillies dipped in batter and fried till crisp brown.

Ingredients:
- Green Chillies
- 1.5 Cup Gram Flour (Besan)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- ¾ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- ½ Teaspoon Soda
- Salt
- Water
- Oil
- Take some less spicy and long green chillies and make a slit in them. Remove the seeds.
- Rub some salt inside the slit.
- For the batter mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, soda and water.
- Dip the green chillies in the batter and deep fry them.
- Fry till they turn golden brown.
- Marcha na Bhajiya are ready to eat.
