Corn is a very nutritious and tasty recipe. Makai Nu Shaak consists of corn cooked in onion-tomato based gravy and with some traditional Indian spices. This quick recipe can be an excellent alternative to your everyday lunch recipes.

Ingredients:
- 250 Grams Boiled Corn
- Paste of 2 Medium Sized Onions
- Puree of 2 Tomatoes
- ¾ Cup of Cream (Malai)
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
- 1.5-2 Teaspoon Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi)
- Heat some oil & add onion paste, stir till it turns golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté it well.
- Add puree of tomatoes, cream and mix well.
- Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera, red chilli powder, kitchen king masala and mix well.
- Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add Kasuri methi and mix well.
- Add boiled corn, salt and water.
- Mix well and close lid to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Makai Nu Shaak is ready to eat.
