With fresh and juicy corn and red tomatoes Corn Bharta is a quick Indian recipe that would make your mouth water. With limited ingredients have the maximum taste in the tasty recipe of Corn Bharta. Ingredients-
  • 400 gms of corn
  • 3 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch of Ginger
  • ½ Teaspoon of Cumin Seeds
  • 3 finely chopped Onions
  • 2 finely chopped Tomatoes
  • Handful of Coriander
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Coriander Seed-Cumin Seed Powder (Dhana-Jeera Powder)
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon of Kitchen King Masala
  • Salt
Method-
  1. Boil the corn without salt and then grind it coarsely in a food processor.
  2. In a mixer jar take green chillies and 1 inch of ginger and make a paste of it.
  3. Now, heat some oil in a shallow vessel and once the oil is heated add the cumin seeds.
  4. Once the seeds start rattling, add the onions and fry them well till they start turning brown.
  5. Now, add the green chillies-ginger paste and fry it well.
  6. Add the tomatoes and the let the ingredients cook for 5-7 minutes with closed lid.
  7. After 5 minutes, add turmeric powder, coriander seed-cumin seed powder and red chilli powder.
  8. Add salt and mix all the masalas well.
  9. Close the lid and cook for another 5 minutes.
  10. Open the lid and add the Kitchen King Masala (A popular masala used in Indian Kitchens) and mix it well.
  11. Add coriander to the corn and Corn Bharta is ready to relish!
