To quench your thirst this summer we would like to bring you Masala Chaas recipe. Chaas or Buttermilk is a traditional Indian appetizing drink which is usually served after a heavy lunch for a good digestion. Along with its digestive quality Chaas also provides the necessary cooling to your body in the summer season. It is recommended to drink a glass of chaas everyday after your lunch. In our recipe of Masala Chaas, we have prepared our chaas by adding some mint, coriander, green chillies, jeera powder and some black salt. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 1 Cup Curd
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • Mint Leaves
  • Coriander Leaves
  • ½ Teaspoon Roasted Cumin Seed Powder
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Salt
Method –
  1. In a mixer, add green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, curd, roasted cumin seed powder, black salt and salt.
  2. Add some water and blend it well.
  3. Pour it in a glass.
  4. Sprinkle some roasted cumin seed powder and garnish with pudina.
  5. Masala Chaas is ready to drink.
