Ingredients-
- 10-15 Palak Leaves (Spinach)
- 2 Cups Wheat Flour
- ¼ Cup Gram Flour
- ½ Cup of Curd
- 8-10 Green Chilies
- 5-6 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- ½ Cup of Coriander Leaves
- Oil
- Salt
- In a grinder mix palak leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds and garlic and make a paste.
- In 2 cups of wheat flour add ¼ cup gram flour.
- Now in the flour mixture, add turmeric powder, dahi, chopped coriander leaves, above prepared palak paste and salt.
- Add 3-4 teaspoons of oil and make a dough of the mixture.
- Roll some parathas and roast it with some ghee.
- Palak Parathas are ready to rejoice.
