This green pulao recipe consists of fresh coriander and mint leaves. This recipe is a quick recipe to make and a delicious treat to enjoy. Recipe:
Ingredients –
- 3 Cups of Basmati Rice
- 7-8 Garlic Cloves
- 1.5 Inches of Ginger
- 8-10 Green Chilies
- ¼ Cup of Mint Leaves
- 1 Cup of Coriander Leaves
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- Ghee
- Water
- Salt
Method –
- Make a paste of ginger, green chilies, garlic, pudina and coriander leaves.
- In a cooker heat some ghee and add cumin seeds.
- Now add the previously made paste and fry it well.
- Add the soaked basmati rice and mix well.
- Add 4-5 cups of water and salt as per taste.
- Cook for 3 whistles and green pulao is ready.
