Green Cheese Masala | Palak Cheese Nu Shaak | Gujarati Rasoi

Cheese Green Masala (Hariayali Cheese) is a tasty and healthy recipe for kids. With the creaminess of cheese and nutrients of fresh spinach (palak), this recipe is not only delicious but is also very much healthy. The recipe contains the spiciness of garlic and spring onions and the amazing taste of carom seeds (Ajwain). Recipe: Ingredients:
  • Spinach
  • Spring Onions
  • Cheese
  • 8-10 Green Chillies (Hari Mirch)
  • 10-12 Garlic Cloves (Lehsun)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method:
  1. Make a coarse paste of green chillies and garlic.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan. Add the carom seeds (Ajwain).
  3. Add the green chilli-ginger paste and fry it well.
  4. Add the spring onions and cook them well with lid closed for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Now add the spinach (palak) and sauté it well. Again close the lid and cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add salt as per taste.
  7. Grate plenty of cheese as shown in the video. [Mozzarella Cheese is Recommended]
  8. Mix the ingredients well and let the cheese melt.
  9. Cheese Green Masala is ready.
