Fruit Salad is an easy dessert recipe which consists of fruits like banana, apple, chikoo, pomegranate or any other seasonal fruit like mango.   • 1 Litre Boiled Milk
  • 3-4 Chopped Chikoo
  • 2-3 Chopped Apples
  • 3-4 Chopped Bananas
  • 1 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
  • ½ Cup Cold Milk
  • 3-4 Teaspoon Custard Powder
  • 8-10 Teaspoons Sugar
Method –
  1. In cold milk dissolve the custard powder completely.
  2. Boil a litre of milk and dissolve sugar in it.
  3. Now add the custard mixture and mix well. Make sure no lumps are formed and stir continuously.
  4. Cool the milk and then add chikoo, apples, banana and pomegranate.
  5. Fruit Salad is ready to eat.
