Quick and Easy Sabudana Khichdi Recipe For Vrat/ Upvas. This farali recipe of sabudana is cooked in desi ghee along with spiceness of green chilies and accompained with roasted peanuts. It is a perfect for Navratri Upvas or for Agiyaras.

- 250 Grams Sago (Sabudana)
- 2 Chopped Potatoes
- ½ Cup Roasted Peanuts (Singdana) Powder
- Green Chili Paste
- 10-15 Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- Coriander Leaves (Dhaniya)
- Salt
- Ghee
- Heat 3-4 Tablespoons desi ghee in pan.
- Add cumin seeds (jeera) and curry leaves and let it crackle.
- Now add potatoes and cook them with closed lid for 5 minutes.
- Add 10-12 crushed green chilies and stir it.
- Now add sabudana and mix it well with the other ingredients.
- Add peanut powder and salt as per taste.
- Close the lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add roughly chopped coriander and mix it.
- Sabudana khichdi is ready, serve it with a slice of lemon and dahi.
