Farali Bataka Nu Shaak is easy to make upvas recipe for occasions like ekadashi, sankashti and navratri upvas. In this recipe potatoes are cooked along with coconut, jeera, lemon and coriander.   • 3-4 Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Roasted Peanut Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • 8-10 Curry Leaves (Kadhi Patta)
  • 2 Finely Chopped Green Chilies
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Grated Coconut
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method –
  1. Heat oil and jeera, kadhi patta and stir well.
  2. Add finely chopped green chilies and stir well.
  3. Add the potatoes and mix well with the ingredients.
  4. Add peanut powder, salt and sugar. Mix the ingredients well.
  5. Add lemon juice and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add grated coconut and coriander.
  7. Farali Bataka Nu Shaak is ready.
