Cheese Twist is crispy and cheesy recipe to enjoy as a tea time snack.   • 1 Cup of Refined Flour (Maida)
  • Grated Cheese (Mozzarella cheese preferred)
  • 1 Teaspoon of White Sesame Seeds (Safed Til)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cumin Seed Powder (Jeera Powder)
  • ½ Teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder (Kali Mirch Powder)
  • Pinch of Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Oil
  1. In a mixing bowl mix the flour and cheese along with white sesame seeds, black pepper powder (kali mirch powder), cumin seed powder (jeera powder), salt and a pinch of baking soda.
  2. Add some water and knead the dough.
  3. Now take a portion of the dough, apply some flour (maida) and then roll it into a circle.
  4. Now cut strips out of it and take two strips and prepare the twist as shown in the video.
  5. Take some oil for deep frying and deep fry the twists.
  6. Fry the twists till they become brown and crispy.
  7. Enjoy the twist as a tea time snack.
