Bhinda Batata Nu Shaak is a traditional Gujarati recipe. In this recipe okra and potatoes are cooked in traditional Gujarati spices. This Gujarati Bhinda Nu Shaak recipe is best enjoyed with hot phulkas.

Ingredients:
- 500 Grams Okra (Bhindi)
- 3-4 Diced Pototoes
- 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain)
- ½ Teaspoon Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1-1.5 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Kitchen King Masala
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat oil and add carom seeds and asafoetida.
- Add diced potatoes and okra. Stir well.
- Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium flame.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, kitchen king masala.
- Mix the masalas well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add some coriander leaves and Bhinda Nu Shaak is ready to eat.
