Bajra Na Rotlo is a traditional Gujarati recipe which is often prepared in villages and is enjoyed with Gujarati shaak like Ringan Bataka, Lasaniya Bataka, Ringan Nu Oolu. Etc. Rotlo is often topped with Desi Ghee and a small piece of Gud, Combination of Rotlo and Gud is very tasty and healthy to eat. Bajra Na Rotlo is a very healthy option to our everyday Phulkas and Parathas. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 2 Cups Bajra Flour
  • Salt
  • Water
Method –
  1. Take bajra flour and add salt and water as per requirement.
  2. Knead a soft dough,
  3. Now dust some flour and flatten a part of dough with hands.
  4. Now on a tawa, add this Rotlo and roast it well.
  5. Sprinkle some water on top of the Rotlo and spread it well.
  6. Roast the Rotlo from both sides.
  7. At the end roast the less roasted side of Rotlo directly on the flame.
  8. Healthy Bajra Na Rotlo is ready to eat.
