  • 400 Grams of Pumpkin
  • 2 Burnt Onions
  • 7-8 Crushed Garlic Clove
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Sugar
Method –
  1. Melt 2 teaspoons of butter and add crushed garlic. Stir till they turn golden brown.
  2. Add the burnt onions to it and cook until golden brown.
  3. Add the chopped pumpkin and cook till the pumpkin softens.
  4. Cool the mixture and make a paste.
  5. Add this mixture to a kadhai and add water as per requirement.
  6. Add salt and sugar and cook till the soup begins to boil.
  7. Pumpkin soup is ready to relish.
