Ingredients –
- Paneer
- 1 Cup Curd (Dahi)
- 1 Cup Cream
- 1 Bowl of Chopped Spinach ( Palak )
- 1 Cup of Coriander ( Dhania )
- 2 Sliced Onions
- 1 Diced Tomato
- 4-5 Green Chilies
- 8- 10 Garlic Cloves
- 1.5-2 Inch Ginger
- 4-5 Black Pepper Corns
- 1-2 Dalchini
- 3 Cloves
- 2-3 Bay Leaves
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 3 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Kasuri Methi
- Salt
- Heat oil and add sliced onions and stir till they turn golden brown.
- Now add tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilies and stir well.
- Add a bowl of chopped spinach and cook till the spinach settles down.
- Add coriander leaves and mix well.
- Let the mixture cool and make a paste.
- Shallow fry the paneer pieces.
- Now in a kadhai heat some oil and add black pepper corns, dalchini, laung and tej patta.
- Add the previously made paste and stir well. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Add cream and dahi and mix well.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala and dhana jeera powder.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add 1 teaspoon of kasuri methi and mix the ingredients well.
- Add water as per requirement and the paneer pieces.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- Dhaba style paneer hyderabadi is ready.
