Oats Cutlet | Cutlet Recipe | Gujarati Rasoi

Cutlets are all time favorite appetizer often enjoyed at dinner time or while travelling through are beloved Indian Railways. No train ride in India is complete without some tasty cutlets topped with yummy tomato sauce. This cutlet recipe is not only tasty but is also healthy as it is prepared using nutritious oats. This oats recipe is prepared with minimum ingredients and is really quick to make. Along with healthy oats this recipe consists of mineral rich Palak – Spinach. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 2 Cups Roasted Oats
  • 10-12 Spinach Leaves
  • ½ Cup Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Paste of 10-12 Green Chilies
  • 3 Teaspoon Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Oil
Method –
  1. Mix the roasted oats and spinach leaves.
  2. Add some coriander leaves and then add green chilies paste and ginger-garlic paste.
  3. Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, garam masala and salt as per taste.
  4. Mix the ingredients well and add water if required.
  5. Make dough of the mixture.
  6. Now take some of the mixture and make cutlets as shown in the video.
  7. Shallow fry the cutlets from both sides and Healthy Oats Cutlet are ready to relish.
