  • Flat Puris
  • Boiled Potato Slices
  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped Raw Mangoes
  • Chopped Tomato
  • Lemon Juice
  • Chaat Masala
  • Khajur-Imli Chuteny
  • Green Chutney
  • Garlic Chutney
  • Sev
  • Coriander Leaves
Method –
  1. Arrange the puris in a plate.
  2. Add boiled potato slices, onion, raw mango and tomato.
  3. Sprinkle some chaat masala.
  4. Add some green chutney, dates-tamarind chutney and garlic chutney.
  5. Squeeze some lemon juice over it.
  6. Add some sev and coriander leaves.
  7. Mumbai Sev Puri is ready to eat.
