Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 3 Finely Chopped Onions
  • 2 Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Finely Chopped Capsicum
  • 1 Teaspoon Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Pav Bhaji Masala
  • Handful of Coriander Leaves
  • 2 Teaspoon Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon Ghee
  • Water
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Heat ghee and add butter to it.
  2. When butter melts, add the onions and fry them well.
  3. Add the tomatoes and mix well.
  4. Add the simala mirch and cook the vegetables well in the oil.
  5. Add the ginger garlic paste and stir well.
  6. Now add the red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Mix well.
  7. Add some water and stir well.
  8. Add the pieces of pav and mix well with the bhaji.
  9. Add some coriander and Mumbai street food masala pav is ready.
