Ingredients –
- 10-12 Sliced Baby Corn
- 250 Grams Green Peas
- 4 Roughly Diced Tomatoes
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Cup Fresh Cream
- 10-12 Soaked Cashews
- 4-5 Green Chilies
- 1 Inch Ginger
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- Pinch of Asafoetida
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- 2 Teaspoon Sugar
- Handful of Coriander
- Water
- Oil
- Salt
- In a grinder make a paste of ginger, green chilies, soaked cashews, tomatoes and fresh cream.
- Shallow fry the baby corn and green peas.
- Now heat some oil and add jeera, hing and chopped onions.
- When the onions turn golden brown add turmeric powder and previously made paste.
- Cook the tomato paste well in the oil.
- Now add dhana jeera powder, garam masala and red chili powder. Mix well.
- Add previously fried baby corn and matar.
- Add salt as per taste and stir well.
- Add sugar and some water.
- Sprinkle some freshly chopped coriander leaves and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
- Corn matar is ready.
