Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 250 Grams Salted Peanuts
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • 2-3 Chopped Spring Onions
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Chat Masala
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Green Chutney
  • Sev
  • Coriander Leaves
Method –
  1. In a bowl take salted peanuts.
  2. Add onions, tomato, spring onions, chat masala, lemon juice, sev and coriander leaves.
  3. Mix well and Surat Collegian Bhel is ready to eat.
