Recipe:Ingredients:
- Mirchi
- Oil
- 3-4 Boiled & Mashed Potatoes
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 1 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- ½ Teaspoon Chaat Masala
- 1 Teaspoon Crushed Ginger (Adrak)
- Salt
- Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
- 1.5 Cup of Gram Flour (Besan)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- ¾ Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
- ½ Teaspoon Soda
- Salt
- Water
- For the stuffing in boiled and mashed potatoes add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, dhana jeera powder, salt crushed ginger and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well.
- Now take some less spicy & fat mirchis and make a slit and remove the seeds.
- Put the stuffing inside the mirchi.
- For the batter mix gram flour, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and soda. Add water to make the batter for frying the marchis.
- Dip the stuffed mirchis in the batter and deep fry them in oil.
- Fry till they turn golden brown. Bharela Marcha Na Bhajiya are ready.
