- 4-5 Chopped Tomatoes
- Sev
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1.5 Inch Chopped Garlic
- 8-10 Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 3 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let the seeds pop and then add chopped garlic and ginger.
- Stir the mixture well.
- Add onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes with lid closed.
- Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder and mix well.
- Add water for gravy and stir well.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Close lid and cook until the mixture boils.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve the gravy.
- Add some sev and sev tameta nu shaak is ready.
