Sev Tameta Nu Shaak | Sev Tamatar Sabji Gujarati Style | Gujarati Rasoi

  • 4-5 Chopped Tomatoes
  • Sev
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1.5 Inch Chopped Garlic
  • 8-10 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 3 Teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method – 
  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let the seeds pop and then add chopped garlic and ginger.
  2. Stir the mixture well. 
  3. Add onion and fry till it turns golden brown.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 4-5 minutes with lid closed. 
  5. Add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chili powder and mix well. 
  6. Add water for gravy and stir well.
  7.  Add salt as per taste.
  8.  Close lid and cook until the mixture boils. 
  9. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve the gravy. 
  10.  Add some sev and sev tameta nu shaak is ready.
