  • 150-200 Grams Puffed Rice
  • Puris
  • Masala Chana Dal
  • Sev
  • 1 Chopped Onion
  • 1 Boiled and Diced Potatoes
  • 1 Chopped Tomato
  • Chopped Raw Mango
  • Green Chuntey
  • Garlic Chutney
  • Tamarind-Date Chutney
  • Juice of ½ Lemon
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Salt
Method –
  1. In puffed rice (murmure), add chopped onion, boiled potato, tomato and raw mango.
  2. Add salt as per taste.
  3. Add green chutney, tamarind-date chutney and garlic chutney as per taste.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Add some chana dal and mix well.
  6. Add some sev and coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Add pieces of puris and Mumbai bhel is ready to eat.
