Ingredients –
- 150-200 Grams Puffed Rice
- Puris
- Masala Chana Dal
- Sev
- 1 Chopped Onion
- 1 Boiled and Diced Potatoes
- 1 Chopped Tomato
- Chopped Raw Mango
- Green Chuntey
- Garlic Chutney
- Tamarind-Date Chutney
- Juice of ½ Lemon
- Coriander Leaves
- Salt
- In puffed rice (murmure), add chopped onion, boiled potato, tomato and raw mango.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Add green chutney, tamarind-date chutney and garlic chutney as per taste.
- Add lemon juice.
- Add some chana dal and mix well.
- Add some sev and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Add pieces of puris and Mumbai bhel is ready to eat.
