Kutchi Dabeli is a popular recipe of the Kutchi community of Gujarat and not it has become a popular street food available on the streets of Gujarat. Dabeli is pav based recipe where a pav is filled with potato mixture, some pomegranate seeds, chopped onions, sev and various chutneys.
This popular street food is loved by everyone as it consists of the chatpata street food taste and is very delicious to eat. Kutchi Dabeli becomes very tasty when the Pavs are roasted in butter.   • Pav
  • 8-10 Boiled and Mashed Potatoes
  • 3-4 Teaspoon Dabeli Masala
  • Pomegranate Seeds
  • Coriander Leaves
  • Masala Peanuts
  • Chopped Onion
  • Sev
  • Garlic Chutney
  • Tamarind Chutney
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Heat some oil and fry the dabeli masala well.
  2. Add the mashed potatoes and mix well.
  3. Add some salt and mix well.
  4. Add adequate amount of water and make the filling for the dabeli
  5. Now take the filling off the gas in a bowl and add pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves and masala peanuts over it.
  6. Now cut the pav from the middle as shown in the video
  7. Apply garlic chutney on one side of the pav.
  8. Add the filling, some chopped onions and sev.
  9. Now on the other side of the pav apply tamarind chutney.
  10. Now take some butter on a pan and roast the Dabeli pavs.
  11. Kutchi Dabeli is ready to eat.
