Cabbage pakoras is a perfect snack to have with your tea on a rainy day. Pakoras are all time favorite teatime snacks and is enjoyed mostly in North India. Do try out this recipe and comment.
Recipe:
Ingredients-
- 250 Grams of Cabbage
- 3 Cups of Gram Flour
- 10 -12 Green Chilies
- 8 -10 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
- ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Make a paste of green chilies, garlic and cumin seeds.
- In 250 grams of cabbage add the paste, turmeric powder and gram flour.
- Add some water and make a thick mixture to make pakoras.
- Now add 3 teaspoons of hot oil to the mixture to make the pakoras crispy.
- Now drop small portions of this mixture in hot oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
- Pakoras are ready!!
