Cabbage pakoras is a perfect snack to have with your tea on a rainy day. Pakoras are all time favorite teatime snacks and is enjoyed mostly in North India. Do try out this recipe and comment. Recipe: Ingredients-
  • 250 Grams of Cabbage
  • 3 Cups of Gram Flour
  • 10 -12 Green Chilies
  • 8 -10 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
Method-
  1. Make a paste of green chilies, garlic and cumin seeds.
  2. In 250 grams of cabbage add the paste, turmeric powder and gram flour.
  3. Add some water and make a thick mixture to make pakoras.
  4. Now add 3 teaspoons of hot oil to the mixture to make the pakoras crispy.
  5. Now drop small portions of this mixture in hot oil and deep fry them till golden brown.
  6. Pakoras are ready!!
