Chinese Bhel Recipe | Street Food Recipe India | Gujarati Rasoi

Chinese Bhel is popular Chinese street food enjoyed on the streets of India. The bhel is prepared by frying noodles and mixing them with fresh vegetables, sauces and some condiments. In this recipe we have Ching’s Chinese Noodles but you can use any Noodles available. Recipe: Ingredients-
  • 150 Grams Ching’s Chinese Noodles or any other Noodles
  • 250 Grams of Chopped Cabbage
  • 1 Chopped Capsicum
  • 5 Grated Carrots
  • 3 Inch Chopped Ginger
  • 5-6 Chopped Garlic Cloves
  • 3 Teaspoon Corn Flour
  • 2 Teaspoon Green Chili Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chili Sauce
  • 1.5 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 10 Teaspoon Tomato Sauce
  • Oil
Method-
  1. Boil the Ching’s Chinese Noodles and add corn flour to it.
  2. Now deep fry the noodles till they are golden brown.
  3. Break the noodles and keep aside.
  4. Now in a mixing bowl add the veggies, ginger, garlic and sauces in the above mentioned proportion.
  5. Mix the ingredients well and then add noodles to it.
  6. Mix the noodles well with the ingredients and your Chinese Bhel is ready.
