Bhinda Nu Shaak is a popular everyday recipe which is prepared by cooking okra or bhinda in traditional Indian spices. Recipe: Ingredients –
  • 300 Grams Julienned Ladyfingers
  • 1 Julienned Tomato
  • 2 Sliced Onions
  • 8-10 Garlic Cloves
  • Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
  • 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • Oil
Method –
  1. Heat oil and add garlic cloves and asafoetida.
  2. Add sliced onions and stir fry till it turns golden brown.
  3. Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
  4. Add julienned ladyfingers and mix well.
  5. Add salt as per taste.
  6. After okra is cooked add julienned tomato and stir till its cooked.
  7. Bhindi ki Sabji is ready to eat.
