Recipe:
Ingredients –
- 300 Grams Julienned Ladyfingers
- 1 Julienned Tomato
- 2 Sliced Onions
- 8-10 Garlic Cloves
- Pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
- ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Dhana Jeera Powder
- 2 Teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Garam Masala
- Salt
- Oil
- Heat oil and add garlic cloves and asafoetida.
- Add sliced onions and stir fry till it turns golden brown.
- Now add turmeric powder, dhana jeera powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.
- Add julienned ladyfingers and mix well.
- Add salt as per taste.
- After okra is cooked add julienned tomato and stir till its cooked.
- Bhindi ki Sabji is ready to eat.
