  • 8-10 Boiled & Diced Potatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • Pinch of Asafoetida
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • 10-12 Chopped Green Chillies
  • ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • Chopped Coriander
  • Salt
Method –
  1. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves. Stir well.
  2. Add turmeric powder, chopped green chillies.
  3. Add the potatoes and mix well.
  4. Add salt as per taste and stir well.
  5. Close lid and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add lemon juice and sugar and mix well.
  7. Add chopped coriander and stir well.
  8. Bataka Nu Shaak is ready to enjoy with hot Puris or Bhakris.
